Course Learning Goals
The goal of this asynchronous session is for you to work in your teams to engage course participants in an ethical case analysis using the Blackboard asynchronous discussion forum.

Service-Learning Goals
The goal of this asynchronous session is for your team to share ethical cases and help other participants see connections between the course content, your case, and the Service-Learning Project to explore and analyze implications.

Ethical Case Analysis Team Facilitation Materiel Due 6/16
  • Task 1: By 6/16 in your Ethical Case Analysis facilitation team (the team you have been working with since Week 1 in preparation for this assignment), create a new thread and post the case and asynchronous discussion activities for the case in the designated Blackboard Week 4 forum for your team. Include in the title of your thread "Ethical Case and Discussion Activities."
  • Task 2: Throughout the week monitor your forum and encourage discussion and respond to participant posts and comments.
As a course participant: Initial Post Due 6/19, Comment to Peers Due 6/23
  • Task 3: As a participant of the course, if you are a Master's student participate in a minimum of 2 other topics, if you are a doctoral student participate in a minimum of 3 other topics.
  • Task 4: At the conclusion of Week 4 activities on 6/23, post a team summary of the discussion that you facilitated for the Ethical Case Analysis in the designated Week 4 forum by creating a new thread. In this summary discuss what you and the participants of your forum learned based on course content and discussions. Include in the title of your thread "Ethical Case and Discussion Activities Summary."
